Shakespeare and the English Language:
Shakespeare introduced much of the language and words we use today. There's at least 1,500 different words and phrases that didn't appear until he put them onto paper and you may be surprised at how many of these you know:
Why are these words and phrases still used today?
Shakespeare's language has impacted English so much, that it has become a normal part of our lives. From remakes of plays and books of his scripts we have just made his language apart of our own and I think that is why it is still used today.
